There are distant metastases, with spread to organs within the abdomen and/or disease in the groin lymph
nodes .
Standard Treatment Metastatic sarcomas are usually treated with chemotherapy . Commonly used drugs include doxorubicin or ifosfamide alone and the combinations of vincristine + actinomycin-D or doxorubicin + cyclophosphamide + DTIC .
Five-Year Survival 0 to 5 percent
